Maintenance Electrician
Location: Karlovy Vary - Stará Role
Time: Full-time
Description: A maintenance electrician performs maintenance and installation of electrical equipment, ensures the smooth operation of electrical installations, and participates in the modernization and revision of electrical systems.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on machines and equipment, assembling and maintaining electrical distribution systems including switchboards and installing new electrical equipment. It also includes regular inspection and revision of electrical equipment according to current standards, maintaining lighting and electrical installations in buildings and resolving faults and accidents. The work includes reading technical documentation, working with measuring equipment and cooperating with external companies during major repairs. It is important to keep records of electrical material, maintain technical documentation and comply with safety regulations.
Process Engineer

Time: Full-time
Description: A Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing and continuously improving production processes in a company. The main objective of this position is to increase the efficiency, quality and safety of production operations while minimizing costs. The Process Engineer participates in the analysis of existing processes, proposes technological improvements and implements new methods and technologies that contribute to achieving the desired performance goals. To do this, they use modern technological tools, methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma and collaborate with other departments to implement changes. This position requires analytical skills, technical thinking and a result orientation, with an emphasis on a high level of communication and teamwork. Experience in the field is required.
Work activities include cooperation with the research and development department in testing and transferring new products and processes into practice and active participation in pilot projects and the development of new products for specific customer needs.
Quality Manager

Under their leadership, catalyst production is carried out with a strong focus on high quality, safety standards, and environmental principles. The Production Supervisor coordinates the work of operators, ensures production plans are met, and optimizes workflows in accordance with technological and environmental regulations. They closely collaborate with other departments to maintain production continuity and efficiency while regularly reporting to the Production Director, to whom they are accountable for meeting set goals and standards.
